On a very warm sunny day, the Hunters gathered together, wearing their new home kit ready to take on Cambridge South 4.
The expectation to blow away the cobwebs and enjoy the game. Amy Wilkinson opening the score line in the first 10 minutes followed by Cora Davies got gong the Hunters a 2-0 lead. Not to be diswayed Cambs South came back minutes later to make the score line 2-1 at half time.
The 2nd half, Hunters came out strong determined not to give away the advantage but an equaliser by Cambs South meant we had to take stock and reevaluate! With the hunters digging in gave Amy Wilkinson her 2nd goal of the match followed soon after by a third! The last goal of the game goes to Emily Stevenson on her debut game for HNHC! With all players giving 110% the final score 5-2. Cora Davies awarded player of the match.
